ABOUT US
Founded in 2019, G Squared Properties of Paducah LLC. Was established to bring newly constructed “ starter homes” to the Paducah area. Griffin and Gault are dedicated to bring high quality , reasonably priced homes to expand the midtown and southside of the community. Together the business partners have brought 6 new housing opportunities since being established, and currently have four new builds to be announced in the Fountain Avenue area. Along with the new housing in the midtown area, they are also in the process of reconstructing the Shamrock Flats building where Innovations Branding previously resided. These four condominiums will be 1,700 square feet and will be completed in the fall of 2023.
